We are looking for a Retail Head Butcher to join our team in 2026 and to take the helm at one of our retail stores.

We have a focus on traditional butchery paired with modern techniques, seasonality, and showcasing specialty breeds. You'll have the opportunity to work with Australia's and the worlds best produce, wines and meat.

We also have an in house kitchen producing restaurant-quality meals, sauces & condiments, as well as a smokehouse producing a range of smallgoods, pates & terrines. In addition to this, our dry-age coolroom sees a rotating range of cuts from different breeds of beef, sold in-store as well as to some of Melbourne's best restaurants.  

We take development of our staff seriously, and offer in house & external training programs to give you the tools to grow and develop your skills as a manager - A rare opportunity within the butchery industry - We do things differently!
