About the role

A well-established Canberra construction company is seeking Project Engineers and Site Engineers to support delivery across large-scale commercial and multi-residential projects.

Whether you have a few years' experience or are a seasoned Engineer ready for more responsibility, this company offers a structured pathway with exposure to complex builds and high-value projects.

Tasks & Responsibilities

* Assist in planning & delivering multi-residential and commercial projects
* Coordinate subcontractors and manage day-to-day site operations
* Support design resolution, RFIs, procurement & document control
* Oversee quality assurance, safety compliance & site reporting
* Contribute to project programming and workflow coordination
* Work closely with Site Managers, Senior Engineers & Project Managers

Skills & Experience

* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering or similar
* Experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer in commercial or multi-residential construction
* Strong understanding of construction sequencing & methodology
* Ability to read plans, coordinate trades and problem-solve on site
* Excellent communication, attention to detail & team collaboration skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment
