Task & responsibilities

Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on vehicles

Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment

Repair or replace worn or faulty components including engine parts, transmissions, brakes, steering, and suspension systems

Carry out inspections and road tests to identify faults and confirm repairs

Follow manufacturer specifications and workshop procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met

Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Qualification & experience

Trade qualification as a Motor Mechanic

Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience preferred

High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements

Valid drivers license
