About the role

J and J Fabrication and Engineering PTY LTD is seeking experienced Boilermaker/Welders to join our team in Port Adelaide, SA. This is a casual position, providing flexibility and variety in your work. As a Welder, you will play a critical role in the Fabrication and engineering services we provide to our clients. The right candidates will have and opportunity to move into full time after 3 months.

What you'll be doing

• Execute precision welding using MIG techniques

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate welding

• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining it in good working order

• Contribute to the overall efficiency and quality of the fabrication process

• Maintain a safe and tidy work environment, following all health and safety protocols

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a welder with a solid track record of quality workmanship

• Proficient in MIG welding techniques, with a focus on precision and reliability

• Detail-oriented with a strong dedication to producing high-quality results

• Able to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
