The Opportunity 

Black Toyota Warwick, have an opportunity for a receptionist to join our well-established team. The opportunities for development are endless. This is not your everyday Receptionist role, this crucial role is focused on ensuring our valued customers are receiving first class service during their interaction with you. This will be achieved by delivering friendly, professional and prompt communication over the phone & in person, in order to maintain and deliver an Exceptional Experience alongside your team.

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Receptionist who is prepared to go above and beyond. This is a fast-paced role in which you will work with a diverse team and customer base and be required to juggle multiple priorities to ensure that customers are always our number one focus.

As our new Receptionist, you will be

• Connecting with customers at the desk and over the phone, build rapport quickly and act with integrity- always
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism.
• Using your owner’s mindset to manage your time, prioritise the important tasks and ensure that you meet deadlines.
• Answering inbound calls for the branch promptly.
• Processing of vehicle registrations, vehicle deals and other administration duties as required. 
• Liaising with various departments and other front-line staff.
• Performing clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and general administration.
