About the role:

Cooma Automotive (previously High Country Automotive Group) is looking for a superstar receptionist!

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who understands the importance of providing amazing customer service in our Dealership! You’ll be the Dealership’s “Director of First Impressions”, which means regardless of how busy you are, you’ll always be personable and positive.

Duties will include, but are not limited to –

·       Managing all incoming calls with a positive and welcoming manner

·       Meeting and greeting our customers in a professional and warm manner

·       General administration duties

 

About you:

To be successful in this role, you’ll have –

 ·       Great written and verbal communication skills

·       The ability to work well in a team environment

·       Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills

·       Exceptional organisation & customer service skills

·       A happy & enthusiastic nature with the ability to stay calm and friendly under pressure
