What we need from you:

• Extremely organised

• Desire to earn significant take-home pay

• Able to provide an exceptional face to face, phone and online customer experience

• Ability to learn new product

• Ability to show customers our range and help them order the perfect car

• Enthusiastic, goal orientated and well presented

• Basic computer skills

• Desire to work for the #1 automotive brand and the perks that come with it

• A Queensland Motor Vehicle Sales License will be required (can be acquired once you start the job)

• A full and current manual driver's license

• Have customer service experience, sales experience, or both!!
  

About this role:

• Providing at all times an exceptional experience to deliver our customers an "Oh What A Feeling" when engaging with our dealership and the Toyota Brand

• Professional handling of customer enquiries and managing the sales process from prospect to delivery, and follow-up

• Following set sales procedures, including, customer needs analysis, valuation of trade-ins, test drives, offer to purchase, delivery and follow-up

• Working closely with our Finance and Car Care departments to provide our full range of products & services to our customers

• Maintaining high level of presentation of the showroom vehicles and customer facilities

• Occasional travel required for meeting customer requirements, product launches & training events

• Keeping customer relationship management systems updated, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity

• Learning new product specification and features, and maintaining a high level of Toyota and competitor product knowledge
