About the Role 

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our high-performing Toyota Sales Team. 

 

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a proven track record of achieving results and delivering exceptional customer service. Working with Australia's No. 1 automotive brand, you'll enjoy a strong customer base, quality products, ongoing support, and outstanding earning potential. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery. 

• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers. 

• Provide expert advice on Toyota vehicles, finance, insurance and accessory options. 

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. 

• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals and customer follow-up. 

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and professionalism. 

• Ensure all sales processes and documentation are completed accurately. 

 

About You 

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

• Proven experience in automotive sales with a strong record of achieving sales targets. 

• Outstanding communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. 

• A customer-first approach and passion for delivering exceptional service. 

• High levels of motivation, professionalism and self-drive. 

• Strong organisational and time management skills. 

• A current driver's licence (manual licence highly regarded). 

• Availability to work Saturdays.
