About us:

Sydney City Toyota & Lexys are setting new standards in automotive service. We are looking for a Warranty Coordinator for our Glebe location to assist in providing only the BEST experience for our valued service customers! 

About the Role:

• Complete warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines

• Keep records of all warranty claims submitted through filing system

• Maintain warranty storage parts, returns and tagging within manufacture guidelines

• Maximise warranty sales, while staying within manufacturer guidelines 

• Liaise with internal & external stakeholders, including manufacturer and third parties 

• Assist Service Staff with adhoc tasks when required

About you:

• High attention to detail & data entry accuracy 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

• Time management skills 

• Automotive knowledge not essential, although beneficial
