We’re seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Admin Assistant to join our fast-paced, collaborative team in Acacia Ridge. This unique role is a chance to gain valuable experience by contributing to the evolution of our approach to marketing and design, and through supporting the Corporate Services Team functionality.

About the Role:

You’ll play a key role in the marketing capability of our company, designing digital content for our social media and website, production of physical marketing and stationery collateral, and assisting with team administration. This part-time position will be up to 30 hours per week with some flexibility around the days and hours worked.

You’ll Be Involved In:

  • Exploring and developing innovative approaches to marketing and design tasks (such as AI)

  • Managing our social media presence and contributing to our website design and content

  • Creating visual assets (Adobe Suite experience highly regarded)

  • Maintaining our physical marketing and stationery stock
