• Base Salary $75-95k.

• Plus 11.5% Superannuation

• Day work only M-F.

 

Location: Welshpool

Standard Work Hours: Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

The Role

The Vehicle Accessory Installer is responsible for the professional and accurate installation of internal and external accessories on commercial and fleet vehicles. This includes roof racks, toolboxes, shelving, drawer systems, and internal rollover protection. The role requires a focus on quality, vehicle care, and the ability to follow instructions while working both independently and as part of a team.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has two referees.

• One is either a business owner or the manager they reported to.

• They worked with the referees recently and the referees can validate their results.

• They can work permanently in Australia. (They have the appropriate visas)

• They have a passion for the automobile industry and 4WDS.

• They follow the recruitment process.

 

The candidate has for the last two years enjoyed and been highly successful in ensuring:

• All toolbox, shelving, drawer systems, and internal rollover protection installations met the client’s expectations.

• 100% accuracy to quality expectations.

• Zero rework.

• Zero damage to the customer’s vehicle.

• All fit-outs are delivered on time.

• They conducted all final checks to ensure work was completed to the required standard before delivery.

They have a valid manual driver’s license.
