About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, trade-qualified Motor Mechanic to join our workshop team in
Geebung. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping our rental fleet in safe, roadworthy
condition through scheduled servicing, mechanical repairs, pre-rental inspections, and fault
diagnosis. You will work closely with our fleet and operations team to minimise vehicle
downtime and ensure our customers are always driving a vehicle they can trust.
This is a hands-on workshop role suited to someone who is self-motivated, works well in a
small team, and takes pride in the quality of their work. Given the nature of our fleet, high-
use vehicles across a wide range of makes and models; adaptability and practical problem-
solving are essential.
Benefits
As our in-house mechanic, you'll enjoy:
- Guaranteed, consistent workload — with a large active rental fleet, there's always planned work on the schedule. No quiet weeks, no relying on walk-in customers.
- Diverse hands-on experience — from routine servicing and pre-rental inspections to accident damage assessment and hybrid vehicle systems as we modernise our fleet.
- Genuine job security and growth — a stable, expanding business with a clear pathway toward workshop supervisor and fleet maintenance management roles.
- Free company vehicle provided — enjoy the use of a vehicle at no cost to you, a benefit worth thousands of dollars per year.
