About the role

An exciting opportunity is available to join Washers and Stamped Components Australia (WASCA) as a Warehouse Allrounder / Dispatch Assistant, based at our brand new Neerabup facility.

This is more than a standard warehouse role. You'll be joining a small, high-performing team at a critical stage of our WA growth journey. The new Neerabup warehouse forms the foundation of WASCA's long-term expansion in Western Australia — and securing the right person for this role is the next key step in that plan.

What you'll be doing

• Receiving, checking, unpacking and storing incoming goods

• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment to move and manage stock

• Assisting with inventory control, cycle counts and stock takes

• Supporting internal teams and providing a high level of service to customers

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safety-focused warehouse environment

• Working closely with a small team where reliability and teamwork matter

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a warehouse, stores or dispatch environment

• Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse or dispatch experience is required

• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)

• Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate work

• A practical, hands-on attitude with the ability to work autonomously

• Good communication skills and a team-first mindset

• Physically capable of handling warehouse duties safely

• Someone who wants to grow with the business, not just fill a role

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required
