Position Overview

The Regional Office Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and administrative performance across multiple automotive repair sites throughout Australia.  This role provides leadership to administrative teams, ensures compliance with company and insurance industry standards, and drives efficiency in service delivery. Due to the nature of the role, the position is also available as a remote work option.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and support administrative teams across regional sites.
  • Oversee daily operations of both remote and on-site facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, WHS requirements, and insurance protocols.
  • Streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Liaise with insurance partners and key stakeholders to manage claims from start to completion.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements where required.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives.
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in office or operations administration and management, ideally within the automotive or insurance sector.
  • Travel flexibility is essential and candidate will be deployed in response to emergency storm situations.  
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex scenarios under pressure, particularly during high-volume periods.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships between contractors, insurance assessors, technicians, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of administrative systems, compliance, and WHS standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Project Management Tools
  • Excellent Organisational skills
  • Current First Aid & CPR and WHS training desirable.
