We are a global security integrator looking for a proactive, optimistic, high-energy Project Coordinator who wants to be involved in every part of the project lifecycle — from quoting and sales support to scheduling, delivery, and client updates. 

In this role, you will support project managers and engineers across the full project lifecycle — planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, and closing — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. 

What You Will Be Doing 

• Coordinating CCTV & Access Control installation projects end-to-end (experience essential) 

• Supporting project managers, engineers, and service technicians with coordination and day-to-day project activities 

• Developing, maintaining, and monitoring project plans and schedules 

• Supporting quoting, proposals, and cost/pricing submissions for customer requests 

• Acting as a key point of contact and maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders 

• Working closely with clients, consultants, procurement, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery 

• Coordinating procurement of materials and supporting project cost tracking 

• Tracking project progress, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring projects stay on track 

• Documenting and following up on actions from stakeholder meetings 

• Ensuring all project documentation is accurate, up to date, and aligned with required frameworks 

• Supporting reporting, data tracking, and metrics collection 

• Managing customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner 

• Coordinating invoicing, work reports, and project close-out documentation 

• Visiting sites occasionally to check progress and build strong relationships 
   

Who We Are Looking For  

• Experience in the security integrator sector (CCTV, access control, electronic security projects) 

• Proven project coordination experience (1–2 years preferred) in a technical environment 

• Background or interest in hardware, electronics, or integrated security systems 

• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities 

• Confident communicator, able to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams 

• Analytical and solutions-focused, with good problem-solving ability 

• Sound commercial awareness, including cost management and project margins 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 

• Detail-oriented, resilient, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment 

• Positive, proactive, and takes ownership 

• Comfortable working from the office — based in Seven Hills, NSW
