About the Role

Reporting to senior leadership, the Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the company’s quality systems, compliance standards, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operational functions.

This role will work closely with Production, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams to ensure products and processes consistently meet internal standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Conduct internal audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
  • Investigate quality issues, non-conformances, and customer concerns
  • Implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs)
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Australian Standards and industry requirements
  • Monitor and report on quality performance metrics
  • Work collaboratively with production teams to improve product consistency and efficiency
  • Assist with supplier quality management and incoming material standards
  • Deliver training and support to team members regarding quality procedures and expectations

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Management role within manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, auditing, and continuous improvement processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and investigation skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience with ISO standards or certification processes highly regarded
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to quality and operational improvement
