About the role

APS Plumbing is seeking a Plumbing Estimator / Plumbing Contracts Administrator to join our team in Kedron, QLD. This is a full-time position and will involve estimating and managing progress claims.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial plumbing projects

• Reviewing tender documents and submitting competitive bids

• Negotiating and finalising plumbing contracts with clients

• Managing the administration of plumbing contracts, including monitoring budgets, timelines, and project milestones

• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery

• Providing regular project updates to management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a plumbing estimator or contracts administrator

• Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and construction methods

• Proficient in the use of plumbing estimating software and project management tools

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

• Tertiary qualification in plumbing, construction management, or a related field is preferred
