The Opportunity

Reporting to the Service Supervisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining water and wastewater treatment plants across Western Australia. This is a varied role with a great mix of local work, site travel, and occasional commissioning projects. You’ll join a skilled team, work with leading technology, and have the chance to develop your expertise in a growing industry. We’re looking for someone qualified, motivated, and committed to delivering top-quality service to our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct regular site visits for proactive maintenance

• Attend promptly to service/repair and emergency callout

• Create detailed electronic service reports for all service activities

• Maintain clear and professional communication

• Provide support during commissioning

• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues efficiently

• Collaborate with the team to improve service procedures and protocols

What ABCO is Looking For

• Experience in water and wastewater systems preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on maintenance experience

• Proven fault-finding and troubleshooting ability

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in the field

• Professional communication and customer service skills

• Strong commitment to safety and compliance

• Organised, responsive, and able to manage service callouts

• Valid C-Class Manual Driver’s Licence
