Impact Plumbing are currently seeking to engage a full-time employee to join our growing team covering all aspects of Maintenance in Commercial & Residential with clients from North Lakes to Gold Coast and everything between.

About the Role

This full-time position offers stability, variety, and the chance to work on diverse maintenance projects across residential and commercial properties

Key Responsibilities include:

• Perform proactive and reactive maintenance on commercial and domestic plumbing systems.

• Diagnose & Repair leaks, blockages, and fixtures

• Work on water, gas, and sewer systems for repair, renovations, and alterations.

• Advise clients, meet their needs, and build lasting relationships with strong customer service

• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations while maintaining impeccable work quality.

• 24-Hour Emergency Roster

What we're looking for

• Qualified plumber with a current Australian trade certificate (Gas certified? Even better!). Backflow & TMV are also preferred

• Gas certification must be obtained within 6 months of commencement

• Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance plumbing.

• Sharp diagnostic skills to tackle complex issues.

• Good presentation

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

• Proactive, self-driven, and ready to hit the ground running.

• Experience with job management software is a bonus.

• A current driver's licence is essential.

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required
