The Role

We are currently seeking an Apprentice Gas Fitter to join our experienced team, working alongside our skilled fitters to join our experienced team, in and around the Bohle region. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient Service & Installation of appliances and provide advice on LPG installations to domestic, commercial, and industrial customers, as well as assisting with the general upkeep of the depot yard, with a strong focus on safety and OH&S compliance. This is a great opportunity to join a locally operated team backed by the stability and resources of a national business.

What you will enjoy doing

• Complete new LPG installations in line with required codes and standards

• Maintenance of Commercial & Industrial equipment is part of the role

• Service & Installation of Domestic appliances and provide advice on LPG installations to customers

• Review existing installations to ensure they comply with current industry standards and provide information or quote to bring up to the currents standards

• Ensure all work is completed in a safe manner

• Complete records in accordance with statutory and company requirements 

• Promote BOC / NRG services to and build relationships with customers

• Training & Support is available

• Preferred Queensland Gas Fitter License is preferred, as well as a Plumbing License
