About the Role

If you're a Trade Qualified Plumber who likes variety, responsibility and the satisfaction of keeping critical services running, this one's for you.

Based at Cowal Gold Operations, you'll be the go to expert keeping our non processing infrastructure flowing smoothly.

You'll tackle a healthy mix of planned maintenance, breakdowns, inspections and improvements, with the backing of a supportive maintenance and infrastructure team. No two days look the same, one minute you're fault finding a water issue, the next you're contributing ideas to improve reliability or asset performance.

About You

You're a qualified Plumber who takes pride in doing things properly, safely, compliantly and with a bit of common sense thrown in.

You've got experience across commercial and/or industrial plumbing, and you're comfortable working independently while still being a solid team player. You don't shy away from problem‑solving, you communicate clearly, and you understand that good documentation and planning make everyone's job easier.

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Trade qualification in Plumbing (Cert III or equivalent)
• A current plumbing licence
• Around 2-3+ years' experience, ideally in commercial, industrial or utilities
• A safety‑first mindset and respect for procedures and permits
• Confidence working across water, wastewater, sewerage, stormwater and fire services
• Willingness to learn site systems
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and pride in maintaining critical infrastructure
• Working with and assisting NPI team with other maintenance activities if required
• Currently reside in West Wyalong (or within a 1 hour radius) or willing to relocate
