Plastering Tradesmen - Floaters, Setters & Texture Coaters (Lightweight external systems)

Are you an experienced Texture Coater or Plaster Float or Setter who takes pride in a flawless finish? We are looking for skilled tradespeople to join our team for projects predominantly South of the River.

We handle a huge variety of work—from small residential patches and full residential internals to large-scale external transformations—and we are looking for specialists who understand the nuances of modern lightweight systems.

What We're Looking For:

1. Texture Coaters (Wages or Sub-Contract)

We need someone competent in some or all aspects of external lightweight plastering, including:

• Substrates: Experience with Blueboard, Foam (EPS), and Hebel.

• Systems: Knowledge of various texture and acrylic coating systems.

• Detail-Oriented: A focus on clean lines, proper mesh application, and a high-standard finish.

2. Floaters (Strictly Sub-Contract Basis)

We are looking for independent, reliable subbie setters to float the internals of our new build projects.

• High-standard setting skills suited for high-end external finishes.

• Must have your own reliable transport, full toolkit, and ladders/scaffolding.

• Must hold a valid ABN, White Card, and active Public Liability Insurance.

3. Setters (Strictly Sub-Contract Basis)

We are looking for independent, reliable subbie setters to set the internals of our new build projects.

• High-standard setting skills suited for high-end external finishes.

• Must have your own reliable transport, full toolkit, and ladders/scaffolding.

• Must hold a valid ABN, White Card, and active Public Liability Insurance.

General Requirements:

• White Card (Non-negotiable).

• Own reliable transport & tools.

• Proven Track Record: You must be able to demonstrate your quality. Photos of previous work are highly encouraged with your application.
