SGQ is looking for an experience pipelayer to join our team in the Bundaberg area. Minimum 3yrs experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lay sewer, stormwater, and water mains with precision.

• Set up and operate levels and pipe lasers.

• Read, interpret, and apply construction plans and standards.

• Upholding and enforcing safe work procedures in deep trench environments

• Ensuring daily productivity targets, quality workmanship, and jobsite safety

• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure project success.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in civil construction, particularly in pipelaying & pit-building for subdivisions and road projects

• Experience across Watermain, Sewer main and Stormwater lines

• Experience in deep excavation work utilising trench shoring/shields

• Strong understanding of levels, laser setups, and plan interpretation.

• Desirable: High Risk Work Licence – DG (Dogman)

• Desirable: Confined spaces & Quick-cut competency

• Required: Valid driver's license C Class (MR & HR Classes desirable)

• Training Available to upskill as needed
