About the Role

You'll be installing:

• Commercial vinyl

• Vinyl planks + hybrid flooring

• Floor prep: sanding, grinding, repairs, levelling

• Epoxy Floor Coatings

You'll work across a variety of commercial and residential jobs throughout the Gladstone region.

Quality workmanship and reliability are everything to us and you'll be joining a team who genuinely take pride in their craft.

To Thrive in This Role, You'll Be Someone Who…

• Hald a qualification in floor laying and have strong experience

• Knows commercial vinyl well (big tick if you've worked in this space before)

• Is confident with hybrid flooring + vinyl planks

• Takes pride in doing the job properly

• Can work independently and as part of a friendly team

• Holds a White Card

• Has a driver's licence + reliable transport

• Must hold a current car licence

• Is happy to travel for jobs and work away

• Shows up, communicates clearly, and respects clients + co-workers

If you've done epoxy or polished concrete, we consider that a bonus — not essential.
