As a Motor Mechanic at Ambarsariya Car Mechanic, you will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are maintained to the highest standards of safety and reliability. You will diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults, perform routine maintenance, and ensure that all work is completed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and workshop standards.

Task & responsibilities

Diagnostics: Perform detailed vehicle inspections to identify mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
Repairs: Conduct repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and other components.
Servicing: Carry out routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake servicing, and tyre rotations.
Quality Assurance: Test drive vehicles to ensure repairs and maintenance work meet quality standards.
Customer Interaction: Clearly explain technical issues and provide repair and maintenance recommendations to customers when required.
Compliance: Follow workshop procedures and adhere to health and safety regulations (WHS standards).
Knowledge Upkeep: Stay updated on new automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Qualification & experience

A Diploma in Automotive Technology or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 3 months of relevant industry experience.
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and repair techniques.
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A valid driver’s license.
