About the role

FloorVision is looking for a commercial Flooring Installer to join our expanding team!

The position available suits Full Time employees , you will play a key role in the installation of flooring products for our commercial projects. This is a hands-on role that requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. 

Work autonomously & in a team of fun like minded floor installers.

What you'll be doing

• Precisely measure, cut, and install a variety of flooring materials including Commercial Vinyl, Coving Vinyl, Vinyl Planks, Carpet Tiles, Hybrid & more

• Prepare sub-floors by removing flooring, concrete grinding, self levelling etc

• Communicate with the team to ensure the successful completion of flooring installation projects

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process

What we're looking for

• Strong working knowledge of various flooring materials and installation techniques

• Ability to read and interpret floor plans and installation instructions

• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail

• Good communication and customer service skills

• A keen eye for aesthetics and design
