About the role

Join Interact Us Pty Ltd as a full-time Installer based in Bendigo, VIC. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the installation and setup of a variety of products and services for our valued customers. The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

What you'll be doing

1. Carry out product installations and setups at customer sites

2. Ensure all installations are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner

3. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during installations

4. Provide clear and friendly communication with customers throughout the installation process

5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all installations

6. Collaborate with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements

What we're looking for

1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar installation or technical role preferred but full training can be provided if your the right person.

2. Strong practical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently

3. Excellent communication and customer service skills

4. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality work

5. A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation

6. Flexibility to work on-site at customer locations as required
