Fine Form Joinery has spent two decades earning the trust of Melbourne's leading architects, designers, and builders, delivering design-driven joinery on residential sites. We're looking for an experienced Installer ready to bring detailed architectural joinery to life and join our team.

You'll work alongside a tight-knit, skilled crew on projects that challenge you. Salary negotiations start at $40–$55 per hour, plus a company vehicle and fuel card. If you take pride in precision and want to grow with a team that backs it, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Installing detailed architectural joinery on-site, ensuring alignment with plans and client expectations.

• Working with different materials, timber veneers, solid timbers, and laminates, to meet project requirements.

• Collaborating with builders and site managers to ensure the seamless integration of joinery into the overall project.

• Troubleshooting and resolving on-site challenges, making necessary adjustments or modifications while maintaining design integrity.

• Demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.

• Demonstrating a collaborative attitude and a willingness to be part of the team.

What You'll Need

• A minimum of 3 years proven experience in joinery installation

• Certificate III in Cabinet Making

• Driver's licence

• White Card

Location: Based in the south-east Melbourne / Bayside area, with travel to city and Mornington Peninsula project sites.
