About Us

Avon Valley Spray Painting is a small independent privately owned refinishing paint shop serving Northam and surrounding towns for over 33 years. We specialise in high-quality refinishing paint shop and we are seeking an experienced Automotive Spray Painter to my team.

What We Offer

•  Full-time hours: 7.30-4.00pm, Monday to Friday

• No Overtime, no weekends

• Modern booth, prep bays & equipment

• DeBeer Solvent paint

• Mix of insurance and private work

• Clean, organised workshop with realistic workloads

• Small friendly, quality-focused team

• Wage Will be negotiated based on Skills & Experience

About the Role

• Prep, prime, spray, clear and refinishing

• Colour matching & blending

• Monitoring and maintaining consumables (sandpaper, tapes, filters, abrasives)

• Maintaining spray guns, tools and equipment

• Working independently with consistent workflow and time management

About You

• Australian-recognized Spray Painter qualification

• Experience with solvent paint system

• Current C Class driver’s license

• Able to work independently

• Trustworthy and Reliable with good work ethic

• Keen eye for details
