Baker & Decorator

Do you love turning butter, sugar, and flour into works of art? We’re on the hunt for a skilled Baker / Decorator to join our cupcake store team, creating beautiful and delicious custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and brownies.

This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who takes pride in their craft and enjoys working in a fast-paced bakery environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Baking and decorating custom cakes for all occasions

• Decorating cupcakes, cookies, and brownies to a high standard

• Preparing batters, fillings, frostings, and toppings

• Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards

• Working across both our Adamstown and Mayfield sites

• Collaborating with a fun, supportive team

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in baking and cake decorating (commercial experience preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and creativity

• Ability to work early starts (from 4am) and some weekends

• Reliable, organised, and able to manage time effectively

• A positive attitude and passion for all things baked
