Our client is a well-established manufacturing business located west of Toowoomba, specialising in the production of agricultural machinery, tractor front-end loaders, and equipment attachments. With over 40 years of industry experience, they are renowned for high-quality products and reliable after-sales support.

Due to ongoing growth, our client is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Sand Blaster to join their team at their Aubigny site.

Working Hours
  • Monday to Thursday: 6:30am - 3:15pm
  • Friday: 6:30am - 11:30am Enjoy an early finish every Friday
Working in a busy manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for sand blasting and paint line operations, along with supporting various workshop tasks. This role suits someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sand blasting and preparation of materials for the paint line
  • Supporting paint line operations
  • Safe and efficient forklift operation
  • Receiving and processing warehouse stock
  • General workshop and factory duties as required
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
  • Adhering strictly to workplace procedures, rules, and safety regulations
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sand blasting, paint line operations, or a similar role (manufacturing experience highly regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to take initiative
  • Reliable with excellent time management, organisational, and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Forklift operation experience
  • Current forklift licence is essential
