Task & responsibilities

• Repair and restore damaged vehicle bodies, panels and structural components to a high standard
• Remove, refit and align panels, doors, bumpers and related fittings
• Prepare surfaces and apply primers, paints and finishes to match factory specifications
• Carry out spray painting, colour matching and finishing to quality standards
• Assess repairs, work to quoted times and maintain a clean, safe workshop
• Work efficiently and independently while supporting the wider team

Qualification & experience

• Trade qualification in panel beating and/or spray painting (third or fourth year apprentices are welcome to apply)
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Own tools and a current Australian driver's licence (preferred)
