About the Role

We are seeking an Experienced Sandblaster Painter to operate within a contained blast booth using garnet media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and blast metal surfaces using abrasive garnet blasting and chemical treatments to strict quality standards.

  • Operate blasting equipment, including a Burwell 600lb constant pressure blast pot, for surface preparation and coating adhesion.

  • Apply high-quality industrial coatings with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

  • Maintain equipment, perform quality checks, and follow all safety procedures and safe work practices.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven sandblasting experience (essential)

  • Minimum 5+ years of sandblasting experience required

  • Strong attention to detail and prep standards

  • Good understanding of PPE and safety procedures

  • Reliable and self-motivated
