We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Abrasive Blaster and Protective Coatings Applicator to join our Remedial Division for onsite works across the Newcastle area, including Tomago Aluminium and surrounding sites.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform abrasive blasting and surface preparation in line with industry standards

• Apply protective coatings as per project specifications and safety requirements

• Operate and maintain tools and equipment to ensure work quality and safety

• Work closely with the site team to deliver successful project outcomes

What we’re looking for:

• Demonstrated experience in industrial blasting and coatings

• Strong awareness of safety procedures and high-risk work environments

• Reliable, physically fit and committed to quality workmanship

• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team

• Construction White Card required; confined space entry ticket desirable

• Available for immediate start
