About the Role

ACESGroup is seeking a professional and customer-focused Security Officer to join our team in Kensington/Randwick.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Foot patrols to maintain a visible and reassuring presence
• Engaging with staff, visitors, and stakeholders
• Responding to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
• Conducting site safety checks and identifying risks
• Writing clear reports and maintaining accurate records

Essential Criteria:

• NSW Security Licence 1A
• Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster across 7 Days
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card (current)
• First Aid and CPR (current)
• Mental Health First Aid (or willing to attain)
• Working with Children's Check
• Excellent customer service skills
• Superior communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Exceptional personal presentation
• Reliability and punctuality

ACESGroup can assist suitable candidates in obtaining the necessary qualifications via our internal Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
