Position 1 – Security Team Leader (Level 3)

This is a working leadership role combining operational security work with workforce rostering and coordination responsibilities.

Typical Structure

• 3–4 operational night shifts per week
• 1 administration / rostering day

Operational duties involve hotel security and mobile patrol operations across the Gold Coast.

Pay & Employment Options

The role may be offered as:

Permanent Part-Time – Level 3 (Preferred)

Approx earnings:

• $1,100 – $1,165 per week
• Approx $58,000 per year

or

Casual – Level 3

Approx earnings:

• $1,280 – $1,370 per week

Casual rates include 25% loading plus applicable night and weekend penalty rates.

The successful applicant may also elect to pick up additional operational shifts, allowing total hours to increase up to approximately 38 hours per week where required.

• Current QLD Security Licence

Position 2 – Security Officers (Level 1)

EPS is also seeking professional Security Officers to support our operational contracts.

Duties Include

• Hotel security operations
• Mobile patrol security
• Night shift patrols and incident response
• Maintaining site security and reporting
