We are currently seeking professional and reliable Night Retail Security Officer to join our team at Eastgardens, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable organisation that values professionalism, safety, and service excellence.

About the Role

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering a high standard of customer service. This role involves a mix of patrols, incident response, and client-facing duties.

Full-time position

Level 2: $35.59

Roster:

Week1: Wednesday to Friday – 6:00pm to 6:00am

Week 2: Wednesday to Thursday - 6:00pm to 6:00am

Saturday to Sunday: 6:00pm to 6:00am

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets
• Provide a professional and approachable security presence
• Respond to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance
• Identify and assess risks, taking appropriate action in line with procedures
• Adhere to all site and company security protocols
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A valid Security Licence
• Curret First Aid and CPR certification
• Previous security experience (retail experience highly regarded)
• Availability to work day/night and weekday/weekend shifts
• Good physical fitness, as patrols are required
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• A reliable and punctual work history
• Full Australian working rights
