RAC Patrol Officer Position Available

Your Role in Detail:

You will bring a calm approach to what can be a stressful situation for our members using your people skills as well as your technical knowledge, to get the best possible outcome in every situation.

If you are tired of the same garage environment and you love helping others, then a career as an RAC Service Patrol might be for you.

We are looking for flexible mechanics who have the ability to work under pressure, with a mechanical knowledge of a wide range of light vehicles, plus a Level 3 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or similar).

Candidates must have 1-2 years of automotive mechanic experience to complement their technical knowledge and ability to work under pressure.

This position is fitting batteries, changing tyres and diagnosing problems. No on road maintenance!

Must be able to diagnose issues with cars.

Experience with diagnostic equipment is required for effective vehicle troubleshooting and problem identification.

Essential

Full driving licence

A current C class car licence is required for this position.

Level 3 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or similar).
