CJ's Garage Pty Ltd is looking for a full-time Motor Mechanic to join our team in Dandenong, VIC. As a Motor Mechanic, you will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing and repairing a range of vehicles to a high standard, ensuring our customers receive prompt, efficient and reliable service.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify faults and required repairs
2. Servicing vehicles by replacing and repairing parts as needed, including brakes, suspension, electrical systems, and engines
3. Providing expert advice to customers on maintenance and repair requirements
4. Maintaining detailed job records and updating job status in a timely manner
5. Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations
6. Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

1. Relevant trade qualifications in Automotive Mechanics or a similar field
2. Extensive experience as a Motor Mechanic, ideally in a garage or workshop setting
3. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex vehicle issues
4. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly
5. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
6. A current driver's licence and your own tools
