We are seeking an experienced and qualified Motor Mechanic (General) to join our workshop on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, testing, and repair of our rental fleet and customer vehicles, ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy, safe, and serviced.

Task & responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in a wide range of vehicles
• Perform repairs and maintenance, including engine, transmission, suspension, and braking systems
• Conduct routine servicing such as oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections
• Ensure all work is completed to the manufacturer's and safety standards
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow
• Provide support in maintaining rental fleet vehicles to a high standard

Qualification & experience

• Relevant qualification
• At least 1–3 years of relevant work experience as a Motor Mechanic
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Bilingual ability to correspond, in Hindi or Urdu, with subcontinent clients is an advantage
• Experience working with a variety of vehicle makes and models is preferred
