The motorcycle mechanic is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a wide range of

motorcycles including road bikes, and side by sides. The role supports the growing demand for specialised

services across the region and ensures customers receive reliable, safe, and high-performance vehicles.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

 Relevant Cert III Equivalent

 Preferably 2 years of experience

 Strong knowledge of motorcycle systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques

 Excellent mechanical aptitude and attention to details

 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

 Must be able to lift and move motorcycle components, work in a fast-paced workshop environment, manual

handling and standing for extended periods.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in motorcycles

 Complete routine servicing, safety inspections and scheduled maintenance

 Perform repairs to engines, transmissions, suspensions, fuel systems, braking systems, and electrical

components

 Test ride motorcycles to verify repair quality and performance

 Assemble and pre-deliver new motorcycles

 Fit aftermarket accessories, tyres, and performance components

 Maintain accurate records, job cards, and service documentation

 Provide quality customer service and technical advice when required

 Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and cleanliness

 Ensure all repairs follow manufacturer specifications and Australian road safety compliance
