Brown's Tyres, trading as Bridgestone Bunbury, is looking for a reliable and experienced Tyre Fitter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong mechanical aptitude, and takes pride in delivering quality service.

As a Tyre Fitter, you'll be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and fitting tyres, as well as assisting with a range of general automotive tasks. You'll work with a supportive team and use modern equipment to help keep our customers safely on the road.

Task & responsibilities

• Inspect tyres to determine necessary repairs and fix punctures in both tube and tubeless tyres.
• Use air-driven tools and equipment to remove, refit, and install tyres and tubes on a variety of vehicles.
• Balance wheels and tyres using manual and electronic balancing equipment.
• Remove worn or damaged parts and clean surrounding areas on vehicles as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management.

Qualification & experience

• Minimum 12 months full-time experience (3 years preferred)
• Knowledge of tyre brands and products
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
• Valid driver's license
• Certification in tyre fitting or willingness to obtain
• Customer service experience is a plus
