Key Responsibilities: Learn to operate and monitor rotary screen printing machines Assist in setting up printing jobs, including preparing screens, inks, and materials Follow detailed instructions to ensure accurate and high-quality prints Inspect products for defects and assist in troubleshooting printing issues Keep work area clean, organised, and stocked with supplies Participate in routine maintenance and cleaning of machines Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Follow all safety protocols and workplace procedures Qualifications: No prior screen printing experience required — training will be provided Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Willingness to learn and take direction Attention to detail and a commitment to doing quality work Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20kgs Reliable attendance and punctuality Team player who communicates well with others
