Image Box Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Account Assistant to join our South Melbourne office. This is a full-time position supporting our experienced sales team and playing a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

About the Role

In this role, you will provide both administrative and client support to ensure smooth account management and seamless project delivery. You will act as a key liaison between clients, sales representatives, production, installation contractors and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with day-to-day account management activities

• Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Process orders and maintain accurate records within the CRM system

• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and other client-facing documentation

• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure projects are delivered on time

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts

• Attend site installs and liasing with the customer and installer team

• Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and general administration

• Contribute to sales meetings and support the development of sales strategies

About you

• Skills & Experience Competitive salary (negotiated based on experience and skills)

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in sales support or customer service (experience in large format printing or visual communications highly regarded)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Excellent organisational and time management abilities

• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure
