Job Overview:
We're looking for a skilled Landscape Gardener all-rounder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating & maintaining beautiful, functional outdoor spaces and have a keen eye for detail. This role involves diverse tasks in preserving and enhancing the landscapes of various properties within the Perth and Peel regions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Turf Maintenance: Regular mowing, edging and whipper snipping.
 

- Pruning and Trimming: Shaping and maintaining shrubs, hedges, and trees to promote growth and maintain aesthetic appeal.
 

- Weeding: Removing/treating weeds and maintaining tidy garden beds.
 

- Irrigation Maintenance: Inspecting and maintaining irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage and plant health. Routine checks and minor repairs. This would be ideal but not essential
 

Communication and Collaboration: We build positive relationships with our customers. We provide regular updates on maintenance activities and address concerns promptly.

- Reporting: Provide daily maintenance reports of all sites with photos and text

Job Requirements

• Proven industry experience - at least 2 years

• Knowledge of horticultural practices, plant identification, and pest management. Cert 2 or higher preferable but not essential 

• Attention to detail.

• Ability to use all standard Landscape industry tools & equipment

• Strong communication skills

• Basic Irrigation skills are highly desired - get a higher pay rate for irrigation work!

• Technologically literate - QR codes, inductions, logins, emails, photos, etc

• Current & valid Driver's Licence with reliable transport

• Ability to work solo or in small teams

• Current Police clearance or able to obtain - we will pay

• Spray Ticket desirable but not essential

This position has a 6-month probation period 

**The bonus hourly rate is applied to your base hourly rate when doing rostered days of irrigation checks and repairs. Bonus rate negotiable and based on skills/experience**
