About the role We are seeking an experienced Horticultural Team Leader to lead a small crew of 1-2 team members, maintaining a portfolio of high-end residential landscapes across Brisbane. Enjoy a friendly and collaborative work environment with an established company, working on beautiful native landscapes.  About us Green Care Project has been operating for over a decade, designing, delivering and maintaining high-quality landscapes throughout South East Queensland with the intent to create spaces that connect people back to nature, and bring nature back to balance.  About the role Leading a team of 1-2 crew members Planning and executing daily tasks Staff Training and onsite leadership Horticultural maintenance tasks - Lawn maintenance, species-specific pruning, use of landscape maintenance machinery, planting, mulching Integrated weed and pest management skills Understanding and following job site safety protocols Project reporting on company software About you Passionate and knowledgable about Horticulture, particularly for native Australia landscapes Certificate III Horticulture, Parks and Gardens, or similar Minimum 3 years landscape maintenance experience (high-end residential experience is a plus) Ability to lead and motivate a small team Plant pest & disease management experience Drivers License  White Card Irrigation knowledge and how to identify and resolve irrigation maintenance issues is a plus.
