The Role

We're seeking enthusiastic Landscape Labourer looking to take the next step in their career. 

This position offers a wide range of exposure and experience to the candidate in the Commercial & Landscaping environment. You will have an opportunity to be mentored by experienced staff onsite and will be encouraged to learn all aspects of the horticultural & garden maintenance industry within the landscape sector of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Undertaking general horticultural maintenance works on a wide range of landscaping projects, including public parks and gardens, ovals and streetscapes.
• Complete written daily visit reports to management detailing works for the day.
• Comply with company's safety management systems.
• Identify any issues with soft works early and implement the correct remedial works. 

To be considered for this role you will need to have the following:

• Willingness to learn and develop a career in Horticulture/Garden Maintenance
• Have a keen eye for detail and show pride in your work
• Strong communication skills
• Hold a current driver's license and vehicle to travel independently to job sites
• Experience using brush cutters, mowers and spraying
• A Heavy rigid licence would be an advantage.
• Preferably would have horticultural experience.
