The Position: 

As we continue to expand, we have a position available for an energetic, hardworking, and dedicated person to join our team and complete an apprenticeship in landscape construction, working on a wide variety of interesting projects around Southern Tasmania. 
 

Tasks & Responsibilities: 

• Construction of landscaping works which includes, concrete prep, garden edging, paving, compacted gravel surfaces, irrigation, and garden construction including planting, soil preparation & laying turf.

• Work in a supportive and cohesive team environment including the demonstration of a strong commitment to safety

• Assist with manual tasks

• Put the utmost effort into your apprenticeship and share your learnings with the team

• Be proactive and bring a positive & enthusiastic attitude

• Have strong communication skills

• Uphold the company's core values

• Deliver on our KPI system

• Report to the company’s site foreman and general manager on a regular basis

Qualifications & Experience: 

• 1+ years’ experience in landscape construction or similar works

• Manual drivers licence

• Construction Industry White Card

• Working with vulnerable children's card 

• All successful candidates will be required to undertake a police check
