Environ Landscape Solutions is a landscape design, construct and maintenance company servicing Brisbane and the surrounding suburbs. Due to our continued expansion and growth, we are looking for a commercial landscape gardener to look after our larger portfolio sites with an offsider.

The Role

Duties include all aspects of landscape maintenance including:

• Horticultural maintenance 

• Softscaping

• Lawn care

• Landscape maintenance machinery operation

• Irrigation installation, repair, and maintenance (advantageous)

• Plant selection and planting skills

• Integrated weed and pest management skills

• Implementing and following long-term maintenance strategies

• Understanding and following job site safety protocols

Requirements

• Passionate about the industry and the work

• A minimum 2 years of industry experience

• Certificate III in Horticulture or higher advantageous

• Sound knowledge of pests and diseases

• Sound plant identification skills

• Physically fit and capable of working outdoors;

• Current driver's license;

• Team Leader experience is advantageous;

• Can work autonomously or in a team environment

• Can deliver strong, process-driven results in a timely manner

• Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
