What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading landscaping projects on site from start to finish

• Managing and supporting a small crew

• Ensuring jobs are delivered on time and to a high standard

• Working hands-on across a range of landscaping tasks

• Communicating with clients and the team professionally

• Training and developing apprentices and team members

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in landscaping

• Strong skills in at least some of the following:

  • Paving

  • Artificial turf / natural turf

  • Reticulation

  • Limestone walls

• Ability to run jobs independently

• Confident leading a team and giving direction

• Experience in both residential and/or commercial projects

• Full Australian driver’s licence

• Reliable, honest, and takes pride in their work

• Good communication and people skills
