About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to manage and coordinate all stages of landscape construction projects, from award through to handover. Working closely with an experienced Project Manager, you will lead the site team to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This position requires strong leadership experience, solid construction knowledge, and the ability to effectively oversee site operations while maintaining compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. 

Qualifications & Experience 

Essential 

• Certification III in Landscape or equivalent 

• Valid NSW Driver’s Licence 

• Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card) 

• Demonstrable management experience within the construction industry 

• Ability to interpret project drawings and levels 

• Proven experience in daily works reporting to management and clients 

• Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain 

Tasks & Responsibilities 

• Review project plans and specifications, providing input on design, scheduling, forecasting requirements, identifying potential improvement opportunities and risks. 

• Lead and communicate effectively with site staff and trades, ensuring labour productivity, subcontractor performance, and high-quality workmanship. 

• Monitor and update project schedules, costs, materials, and variations, assisting with pricing, procurement, and reporting in conjunction with the Project Manager. 

• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and senior management to resolve issues, attend site meetings, and support effective project delivery. 

• Oversee site operations, including material scheduling, trade quotations, daily diaries, and documentation, ensuring compliance with business management systems.
