The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman to join our high-performing team.

Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll lead landscape construction activities on-site, driving productivity, safety and quality outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects, lead successful teams and contribute to the delivery of exceptional landscape and public infrastructure outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily landscape construction activities
• Coordinate site crews, subcontractors and suppliers
• Drive programme, productivity and quality outcomes
• Monitor construction progress against project requirements
• Champion a strong safety culture and Zero Harm approach
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards
• Motivate and mentor site teams to deliver outstanding results

About You

You'll bring:

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction
• Extensive landscape or civil landscaping experience
• Demonstrated experience leading site teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A commitment to safety, quality and environmental excellence
• The ability to deliver projects efficiently and to programme

Desirable:

• Certificate IV in Civil Supervision
