About the Role:

WorkPac is currently seeking motivated and reliable Labourers to join our client’s team in Grafton. This is a great opportunity to work with a well-established national building materials supplier in a supportive and safety-focused environment.

Hours:

Monday to Wednesday: 5:00am – 3:30pm

Thursday: 5:00am – 1:30pm, with potential overtime in the afternoon

Occasional overtime may also be required on Fridays

What you will be doing:

• Assist with the safe handling, loading, and unloading of timber and building products

• Perform general labouring duties in the yard and warehouse

• Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area

• Support production and dispatch teams as required

What you will need:

• Previous experience in labouring, warehousing, or manufacturing (desirable but not essential)

• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport

• White Card

• Forklift licence highly regarded

• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

• Physically fit and willing to work in a hands-on role
