About the Role
We're seeking Construction Labourers to join our Building & Construction division across multiple sites in the Newcastle and Hunter region. Roles start early February 2026. You'll support site teams with a range of tasks, including:

• Site clean-up and general labouring

• Setting up temporary fencing

• Assisting trades and site crews

• Unloading and loading trucks

• Machine operating

• Supporting a safe and productive work environment

This is a casual, ad hoc role with flexible hours, offering the opportunity to work on varied projects with leading construction companies.

What You'll Need

• White Card (Construction Induction) - Essential

• Silica Awareness Certificate - Essential

• Minimum 4 years of construction experience (commercial preferred)

• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport

• Telehandler, hoist, forklift, EWP tickets - Preferred but not essential

• Trade backgrounds (e.g. carpentry, plumbing) - Welcomed to apply

• Ability to pass random drug & alcohol testing

• Strong work ethic and team mindset
