We’re looking for a Vehicle Quality Inspector to ensure every car leaving our workshop meets our exacting standards.

About You:

• Trade-qualified technician

• Full Australian driver’s licence

• Exceptional attention to detail — nothing gets past you

• Experienced in performing road tests, quality checks and vehicle inspections

• Can hear the small stuff: a subtle hum, rattle, or vibration won’t escape your notice

• Friendly, professional, and customer focused

• Team player who communicates well with technicians, Service Advisors, and workshop controllers

Your Role:

• Conduct final inspections on vehicles to ensure they meet and exceed manufacturer requirements

• Perform thorough road tests to confirm repair quality

• Listen closely for any unusual sounds during testing — your ear for detail ensures nothing is missed

• Final check of job cards coming through the workshop before handing the vehicle over to the Service Advisor

• Liaise and road test with customers to understand and address any concerns

• Spot the smallest imperfections — from fingerprints to minor scratches

• Use torque wrenches and other tools for final checks and wheel tensioning

• Assist the workshop controller to support smooth daily operations
