Junior Sign Installer – Join the Team at Novak Signs

Novak Signs is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated and reliable Junior Sign Installer to join our crew. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll receive full training in the installation, maintenance, and removal of a wide range of signage.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with the installation, maintenance, and removal of various types of signage

• Learning to use industry tools, equipment, and installation techniques

• Working safely at heights and outdoors in different weather conditions

• Following measurements, layouts, and job specifications with accuracy

• Supporting the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard

What We’re Looking For

• Experience using power tools or a strong willingness to learn

• Good understanding of measurements, layouts, and basic construction principles

• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

• Reliable, hardworking, and safety‑focused

• Someone who wants to grow with the company and build a long‑term career
