Toowoomba Regional Council is seeking motivated and reliable Labourers to join our Civil Construction and Maintenance, Water & Sewer Maintenance, and Programmed Water Maintenance teams.

This is your opportunity to build practical skills, gain valuable experience in municipal works, and contribute to essential infrastructure that supports our community. No prior experience required — we’ll train you on the job.

What We're Looking For:

• Driver’s Licence: Current ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence or ‘MR’ Class Driver’s Licence.
• Safety Awareness: White Card (CPCWHS1001) or be willing to obtain one prior to starting.
• Experience: Previous labouring experience in the construction or water industry is desirable but not essential.
• Attitude: A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to working safely.

• Permanent Full-Time Employment
• Your choice of location: Charlton Depot, Crows Nest, Greenmount, Pittsworth.
• Work-Life Balance: 9-day fortnight (one rostered day off every two weeks).
• Competitive Salary: Fortnightly base rate of $2,423.70 gross, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.
• Additional Benefits: Variable allowances, on-call, overtime and penalty rates, wet weather allowance, and live sewer allowance.
