We’re expanding in 2026 and looking for a reliable, motivated Labourer who wants to learn, work on premium residential projects, and grow with our team.

The Role

As a Labourer with Kwaliteit Constructions, you’ll support day-to-day site operations to keep projects running safely, efficiently, and to our high standards.

You will:

• Complete daily site tasks and follow checklists across multiple projects

• Keep sites clean, tidy, and organised

• Identify and remove hazards to maintain a safe site

• Pick up, load, and move materials between sites

• Receive and unpack deliveries

• Support the Site Manager and Director with general hands on duties
  
  

About You

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Wants to learn, grow, and gain experience on high-end architectural jobs

• Works hard, takes initiative, and is reliable on the tools

• Can manage time well and follow instructions

• Thrives in a fast-paced construction environment

• Is available Tuesday–Thursday (3 days per week) starting 13 January 2026
  
  

You’ll need:

• A valid White Card

• A valid Victorian driver’s licence

• Your own transport (casual use of a company vehicle)

• Experience in residential construction (preferred)

• Physical ability to meet the demands of a manual labour role

• Australian residency or an Australian work visa
