General Civil Labourer - Responsibilities

• You will be working as civil labourer, assisting Foreman and Leading hands with movement of materials, general labour, handheld machine use (eg quick cuts, plate compactors), spotting machinery and assisting with installation of pipes and other infrastructure. You will be offered on the job training, with opportunity to upskill with further support to undertake Cert III in Civil Construction.

Pipelayers - Responsibilities

• Similar to that of a civil labourer, however the person(s) we are seeking will be experienced in installing sewer and storm water & water main pipes on civil construction projects.

• Minimum 2+ years of pipelaying experience is required.

Plant Operators & Truck Drivers- Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the operation of Civil Plant & Equipment. We are specifically seeking those with proof of competency, experience with installation of pipes and other infrastructure in Canberra would be an advantage. You will be offered on the job training, with opportunity to upskill with further support to undertake Cert III in Plant Operations.

• Operators must be competent to operate excavators, bobcats, rollers, graders, loaders, and dozers.

Preferred Requirements

• White Card

• Asbestos Awareness & Silica Training

• Drivers License and reliable transport to get to and from work

• HC licence is required for truck drivers.

• Australian work rights are required.
