Seascape Joinery is a respected commercial joinery manufacturer based in Coolum Beach. We partner with top-tier builders to deliver outstanding fit-outs across QLD and interstate. We don’t just install joinery—we deliver quality that our clients rely on. Our Installers play a crucial role, representing our standards on-site, and ensuring every job is completed safely and professionally. We’re looking for a skilled Joinery Installer who’s keen to step in and make a difference.

About the Role

You’ll be out on-site making things happen— here’s how you’ll keep the standard high:

• Conduct precise site assessments and check measures

• Install joinery on-site safely, efficiently, and to a high-quality standard

• Supervise and provide guidance to apprentices and labourers on-site

• Assist in the delivery and occasionally contribute to factory production

• Safely use and maintain hand tools, power tools, and factory machinery

• Keep your workspace clean, tidy, and organised at all times

• Follow all WH&S guidelines, including participation in toolbox meetings and safety reviews

• Ensure quality control at every step of the installation process

 About You:

• Hold a trade qualification in Cabinetmaking or Shopfitting

• Have 2+ years’ practical experience in joinery installation or shopfitting

• Experienced in accurately assembling joinery both in the factory and on-site

• Strong knowledge of commercial joinery techniques, materials, and industry standards

• Physically fit and capable of handling site work effectively

• An effective communicator, comfortable managing relationships and tasks on-site

• Well-organised, dependable, and adaptable to various working environments
