Role Overview
We are seeking skilled and motivated Joiner / Cabinet Maker / Shop Fitter to join our team for site measure and installation including 2nd Fit and defect closeout.

Based out of our Northgate factory you will take ownership of site based tasks including check measures and installation including defect closeout across landmark projects spanning education, commercial fit-outs, hospitality venues and luxury apartments.

3. Defects & Maintenance. Be the goto person who solves problems and efficiently closes out your jobs out

About You

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in joinery/cabinetry installation or commercial fit-outs (shopfitting, retail or similar).

• Proven ability to lead by example and deliver work efficiently to high standards.

• Strong attention to detail, accurate with measurements and committed to exceptional craftsmanship.

• Positive, reliable, and professional with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements

• Construction White Card

• Current Class C manual driver’s licence

• Full install tool kit (hand / power tools)

• Certificate III in Cabinet Making, Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent trade qualification or experience.

• Australian work rights (citizen, permanent resident or valid work visa).
