About the role
As a Joinery Installer at Elan Construct, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient installation of high-quality joinery products across a range of construction projects in the Sydney area. This full-time/long term contract position is an exciting opportunity to join an established joinery company and contribute to the delivery of exceptional highly detailed residential builds.

What you'll be doing

Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to correctly install high detailed joinery items
Measure, cut and fit joinery components with precision to ensure a seamless, professional finish
Liaise with site managers and other tradespeople to coordinate the installation process and resolve any issues that arise
Safely transport, handle and store joinery products onsite
Maintain a clean and organised work area throughout the installation process
Provide feedback and suggestions to the team on ways to improve installation processes and efficiencies

What we're looking for

Formal trade qualification in Carpentry, Cabinet Making or Shop Fitting
Hold a Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Joinery Installer, with a proven track record of high-quality, efficient installations
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight tolerances
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to overcome any on-site challenges
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise effectively with the broader team
Commitment to workplace health and safety procedures
Must have own tools and transport
