We aim to raise the bar in automotive care through consistently exceptional experiences so every driver feels respected, confident and safe. Now, we’re taking those exceptional experiences beyond the stores and into our social media - creating content that connects with our savvy audiences.

We’re growing fast and investing in marketing like never before. That’s why we’re looking for a sharp, proactive and digitally fluent Marketing Coordinator/Creator who can bring ideas to life - on screen, in-store, and across the community.

You’ll move between our stores across the Central Coast, Newcastle and the Northern Beaches, building relationships, collecting content, and becoming a familiar face. It’s a hybrid role with variety, freedom and support - including the guidance of a top-tier marketing consultant who’ll mentor you while we roll out a Group-wide strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan, create & publish engaging content across social media and digital platforms

• Capture store-level content and elevate our brand voice across locations

• Coordinate monthly promotions and marketing campaigns

• Manage our Google Business profiles and support our digital reputation

• Liaise with sponsors, community partners and store managers

• Represent the brand at sponsor events and community engagements

• Support the design and rollout of internal marketing templates, flyers and visual materials

• Assist with contract renewals for marketing partners

• Collaborate with external agencies

• Deliver a monthly marketing report with analysis and improvement recommendations based on campaign performance and store insights

We’re Looking For Someone Who...

• Has experience in marketing, content creation, or brand coordination

• Has a natural flair for visual storytelling and creating sharp, professional collateral

• Knows how to spot a great story, capture it on camera (video or photo), and edit it into scroll-stopping content   

• Brings curiosity and some know-how, but is eager to grow, learn and level up in the world of marketing and content creation

• Is confident using digital marketing tools, platforms, and cloud-based systems

• Communicates clearly, builds great relationships, and enjoys working with people

• Can juggle priorities, plan ahead, and work autonomously

• Has a genuine interest in cars, 4WD lifestyle, or automotive culture

• Has a driver’s licence and is comfortable travelling between store locations
