Purpose - As part of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening the company’s reputation as a leading market leader in the transport and stationary air conditioning and refrigeration industry. Your primary purpose is to ensure all orders are accurately processed, assembled, and tested with correct documentation and part verification, in accordance with customer requirements and company procedures.

Key responsibilities
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pick up according to schedule, including picking, packing, labelling, wrapping and dispatch using internal systems
Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email, responding promptly to inquiries, processing order requests, and providing excellent customer service to maintain positive relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Follow quality service and management standards to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Maintain accurate records, part identification, and communication regarding stock availability, discrepancies, and customer-specific requirements.
Operate a variety of tools and equipment safely, including forklifts, crimpers, cutters, and parts washers.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment by performing routine cleaning, equipment checks, and waste disposal.
Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to resolve issues, improve workflow, and support team goals.
Follow safety standards, wear PPE, and adhere to company procedures and quality guidelines.

Personal Specifications/Selection Criteria. Desirable qualifications such as;
Automotive Sales (Parts Interpretating), Store-person, Supply Chain Operations and Warehousing
Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment, with key responsibilities in parts handling, order processing, and assembly activities.
Strong communication skills, confident and professional in both verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage effectively via phone, email, and in person, maintaining a clear, respectful, and professional approach.
Commitment to quality systems with demonstrated experience working within quality management systems, with a strong understanding of quality standards and processes. Preferably, the ability to support, maintain, or manage these systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Confident using tools and systems, including pallet jacks, forklifts, crimpers, cutters, and inventory software
