We are seeking an experienced Group Business Analyst to join our team full-time. In this role, you will leverage Sci-Fleet’s data to deliver insights, analytics, and reporting that drive business growth, enhance customer value, and support informed decision-making. You will ensure data integrity, develop visualizations and reports, identify trends and opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve data processes and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making

• Develop dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau)

• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability

• Identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement

• Support data environment maintenance and validation

• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance data processes

• Uphold compliance, risk management, and governance standards

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in analytics or data-related roles

• Strong SQL skills; experience with large, complex datasets

• Proficient in data visualization (Power BI, Tableau)

• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

• Understanding of ETL, data modeling, and data validation

• Experience presenting insights to technical and business audiences

• Programming (Python, R) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) desirable

Qualifications:

• Tertiary degree in Business, Finance, IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field

• SQL qualifications or experience essential

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Cloud platform experience and automotive industry experience desirable
