About the Role:
As a member of our Dropbox team, you will be building relationships with your business customers across the Australia and Asia Pacific region, through calls, emails and live demos to present and educate on how Dropbox can add value and benefit to their business goals and performance. You will also be responsible for calling pre-qualified leads and following up on leads provided by Dropbox marketing for the sole purpose of generating annual recurring revenue.

About you:

  • Excellent sales skills with proven ability to maximise sales results 

  • Contact centre experience, ideally in either an outbound B2B or B2C

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

  • Ability to quickly articulate technical and business value propositions via phone, email and chat

  • Achieve established sales goals and objectives 

  • Online marketing and advertising experience (highly regarded)

  • Understanding of cloud-based technology, including cloud storage and file synchronization

  • Results-oriented and self-motivated 

  • Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional; able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment 

  • Ability to confidently engage and build strong relationships with business customers globally
