About the role:
As an Outbound Team Leader, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Manage the day-to-day activities and performance of your Outbound Sales Consultants.

• Rostering of staff, scheduling for planned and unplanned leave with managing daily workload and ensuring phone coverage.

• Support, coach and drive the overall success of the team.

• Achieve program sales targets and KPI’s.

• Assisting with workload in high-volume times.

• Lead, train and develop your team to deliver a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

About you:

• Previous leadership experience within a contact centre.

• Sales experience (either in a face-to-face or call centre environment).

• Energy experience (desirable)

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to coach and motive your team.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet required time frames.

• Experience in working well under pressure and multi-tasking.

• Capability to deliver professional customer service in all interactions.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong computer literacy.
