Reporting to the General Sales Manager this role is to guide customers through the buying process providing the highest quality service to ensure customer satisfaction in delivering the best solution to meet their needs. We have a supportive close-knit team who strive for excellence and have a real passion for achieving results. 

What you Need:
  

• Be a genuine, friendly and motivated individual with a passion for customer service

• Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire).

• Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments

• Build relationships with customers and potential customers

• Listen, understand and be responsive to customer’s needs

• Know and understand the sales process

• Coordinate all dealership activities that are associated with the sale and the delivery of all vehicles you sell.

  
Key Qualifications and Essential Criteria:

• Have a valid Unrestricted NSW Driver’s License

• Ability to meet KPI’s and targets

• Must be motivated and driven

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Ability to perform in high pressure environments

• Strong interpersonal and Relationship building skills  

• Computer Skills an advantage
