We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader, Inbound, located in our Tullamarine Site in Melbourne.

As a Team Leader you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting your team to achieve operational goals, maintaining high performance standards, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. This full-time, day shift position, based at our Tullamarine, Victoria location and offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, growing organisation in the logistics industry.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and support the warehouse team to achieve daily operational goals.

• Ensure inbound products are processed accurately and on time.

• Contribute to daily toolbox meetings to foster communication and collaboration.

• Monitor team and individual performance against KPIs.

• Develop and implement work processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Uphold OH&S guidelines and proactively manage workplace risks.

• Provide training to maintain a multi-skilled workforce and support career development.

• Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Team Leader in a logistics or automotive environment

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and organisational skills

• Ability to effectively lead, motivate and develop a team of warehouse operators

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both your team and wider stakeholders

• Knowledge of relevant safety, quality and regulatory standards in the industry

Experience required

• Minimum 2 years’ experience leading warehouse teams.

• Proven leadership and Team Management skills.

• Forklift licence (mandatory), Reach and/or LO experience advantageous

• Experience with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems in an RF environment.

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
