About the role

We are seeking an experienced Photocopier, Copier, MFD, Printer Technician to join our dynamic team at Gippsland Copiers' in Traralgon, Victoria. This is a full-time role, where you will play a vital part in maintaining and repairing a wide range of office equipment for our valued customers.

If you are able to create sales leads for the sales staff you will also recieve renumeration for sucessful sales to increase to your income stream.

What you'll be doing

Diagnose and repair issues with photocopiers, multifunction devices, printers and other office equipment
Provide professional and efficient on-site maintenance and repair services to customers
Undertake preventative maintenance checks and service schedules
Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations
Maintain detailed service records and ensure timely completion of jobs
Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Photocopier, Copier, MFD, Printer Technician
Strong technical skills and ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of office equipment
Hands-on experience with maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly
A team-oriented approach and willingness to contribute to the overall success of the business
A current clean driver's licence.

Hours of work are Monday-Friday 8.00am – 4:00pm
