About your New Role:We have a casual position available for an experienced Handyperson to join the team at UniLodge Ultimo.  The key responsibilities of this role are to maintain the apartments, common areas and building exterior.  This role will also be responsible for managing the soft facilities requirements of the property.  Day-to-day Duties:  Inspect, report and carry out any general maintenance and minor repairs to rooms and common areas.
