About the role

We currently have a vacancy for a Barber, as an integral part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and success of our business. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a passionate group of professionals, servicing a diverse clientele in a stunning coastal location.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Providing professional barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and grooming treatments

• Ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for customers

• Maintaining the salon's presentation and cleanliness to the highest standards

• Actively contributing to the growth and development of the business through your expertise and creativity

About You

Along with your strong work ethic, and previous experience in a similar role, either as a hairdresser or Barber you'll have/be:

• Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident

• Proven experience as a Barber, with an understanding of traditional barbering techniques

• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse client base - from locals to those just passing through!

• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of grooming and salon presentation

• Excellent time management and organisational skills to ensure efficient service delivery

• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to contribute to the salon's success
