We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and passionate 1st Year Hairdressing Apprentice to join our small, supportive team at Elan Hair Collective.

This is your chance to kickstart your hairdressing career in a fun, creative environment where you’ll be guided, mentored, and celebrated every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting our stylists with all aspects of salon life from shampooing and treatments to cutting, colouring, and styling

• Learning the latest techniques, trends, and salon secrets through hands-on training and guidance

• Creating a welcoming, positive experience for our clients (and having a friendly chat while you’re at it)

• Keeping our salon clean, organised, and looking its best

• Being part of team meetings, training, and creative sessions to grow your skills and confidence

What We’re Looking For

• A real passion for hair and beauty, with a genuine interest in learning the craft

• A friendly, approachable personality with great people skills

• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in and learn

• Good organisational skills and a proactive approach to your training
