About the role

Join our new team as a Casual Hairdresser in our vibrant new salon located in the Charlestown Square shopping Centre, Charlestown, NSW. As a Hairdresser, you will be a valued member of the team and you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling and cutting services to our diverse clientele, contributing to the growth and success of our new Hair & Beauty salon.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing a wide range of hair cutting, styling, and colouring services to clients

2. Consulting with clients to understand their hair care needs and desired look

3. Maintaining a high standard of customer service and ensuring client satisfaction

4. Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and colouring

5. Assisting with salon operations, such as managing stock, maintaining a clean and organised work environment, and contributing to a positive team culture

What we're looking for

1. Relevant qualifications in hairdressing a minimum of five years experience

2. Experience working as a Hairdresser in a busy Salon environment

3. Friendly communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients

4. Creativity and an eye for detail to deliver high-quality hair styling and colouring services

5. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle a busy salon environment

6. A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude 😊
