as a full-time Hairdresser or part time Hairdresser. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your hairstyling expertise and passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic and welcoming salon environment.

What you'll be doing

• Providing a full range of hairdressing services to clients, including cutting, colouring, (foil work, balayage) perm,styling, blowdry, keratin treatment and treatments

• Delivering high-quality and personalised haircare solutions to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client

• Contributing to the salon's warm and friendly atmosphere through engaging with clients and fostering positive relationships

• Maintaining a clean and organised workstation to ensure efficient and safe salon operations

• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills and knowledge

• Supporting the salon's operations and contributing to its ongoing success

What we're looking for

• Qualification in hairdressing

• Certificate IV level qualification in hairdressing is required

• Proven experience as a hairdresser, ideally within a salon environment

• Minimum of 2+ years hairdressing experience is required

• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences

• Strong technical hairdressing skills, including proficiency in cutting, colouring, styling and treatments

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the salon's positive, friendly culture

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to continuously improve your skills

• Australian work rights are required for this position
