Boab Hair Art Pty Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced Hairdresser to join our friendly team in Sutherland, NSW. This is a casual position, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle. As a Hairdresser at Boab Hair Art, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional hair styling services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing a wide range of haircutting, colouring, and styling services to clients

2. Offering personalised consultations to understand client needs and preferences

3. Maintaining a high standard of customer service and ensuring client satisfaction

4. Collaborating with the team to create innovative styles and treatments

5. Ensuring the salon's work area is well-organised and maintained to a high level of cleanliness and presentation

6. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

1. Qualified hairdresser with a Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent

2. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a salon environment

3. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

4. Strong technical skills in a range of haircutting, colouring, and styling techniques

5. Passion for the hair and beauty industry and staying up-to-date with the latest trends

6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

7. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work
