We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced hairdresser to join our team at Mojka Hair. As a hairdresser, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of hairdressing services to our clients. Your creativity, technical expertise, and excellent customer service skills will contribute to the overall success of our salon.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of hairdressing services including haircuts, hairstyling, hair colouring, highlights, and hair treatments.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyles and provide expert advice on suitable options.
- Stay updated on current hair trends, styles, and techniques to ensure the ability to meet clients' expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, sterilize tools, and ensure compliance with salon sanitation and hygiene standards.
- Recommend and sell hair care products to clients to enhance their styling and overall hair health.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
- Keep accurate records of client information, services provided, and products used for future reference.
- Collaborate with fellow hairdressers and salon staff to create a positive and professional work environment.
- Stay informed about industry developments, attend training sessions, and actively pursue professional growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a hairdresser with a solid portfolio of past work.
- Extensive knowledge of hair care products, styling tools, and hairdressing techniques.
- Strong expertise in various haircuts, styling, colouring, and treatment methods.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other salon professionals.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Creativity and ability to suggest and execute unique hairstyles.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays, as per salon demands.
- Valid hairstylist license/certification as required by the state or region.
