Gutter Cleaning Technician - Full-time Outdoor / Hands-On Role

We are a well-established gutter cleaning business servicing areas from Perth through to Margaret River and inland regional areas. Operating since 2015, we deliver high-quality gutter cleaning and roof lichen treatment services to residential, commercial, strata, government, schools and lifestyle villages.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable, experienced roof worker to join our gutter cleaning team.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on, physically active outdoor role suited to someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in delivering quality results. You’ll be working with purpose-built vehicles and custom vacuum equipment, completing gutter cleaning services safely and efficiently. Plenty of variety, no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wearing correct PPE and following safety procedures for the works to be undertaken

• Undertake scheduled gutter and downpipe cleaning works

• Identify and report guttering and roofing issues, including corrosion, leaks and potential repair or replacement needs

• Documenting site conditions, including taking clear photos and notes for defect reporting

• Maintain clean, safe work areas leaving no mess behind

• Waste disposal and clean up daily

What We’re Looking For:

• Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents to be eligible for this position

• Confident, experienced roof worker with the ability to work safely at heights

• Working at Heights ticket is desirable but not essential, accredited training provided

• Safety-conscious and able to follow procedures

• Enjoys physical, outdoor work and takes pride in doing the job properly

• Current C class MANUAL driver's licence

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking

• Can work well independently and also as part of a team

• Friendly with good communication skills and customer service experience

• Must be able to pass random drug and alcohol testing

• Police Clearance will be required

Experience in gutter cleaning, roofing, labouring or trade work is an advantage, but not essential — full training is provided.
