Gutter Cleaning, Roof Care & General Property Maintenance

We’re looking for an experienced and reliable gutter cleaning professional to join our team at Adelaide General Property Maintenance.

If you have strong experience in gutter cleaning and roof care — and bring additional skills across property maintenance such as irrigation, grounds care, or minor repairs — we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Gutter Cleaning & Maintenance: Thorough cleaning of gutters, downpipes, and drainage systems across residential and commercial properties.
✅ Roof Care: Identifying issues while cleaning, clearing debris, and reporting maintenance needs.
✅ Working at Heights: Safe use of ladders, harnesses, and roof access equipment.
✅ General Property Maintenance: Assisting with a range of small repair and upkeep tasks as required.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a HUGE PLUS!):

• Roof repairs (leaks, minor fixes, ridge capping, etc.)
• Irrigation repairs and installation
• Grounds maintenance (lawn care, pruning, garden clean-ups)
• Pressure cleaning
• Basic carpentry or handyman skills
• Solar panel cleaning
• Pest/deterrent installation (gutter guard, bird proofing, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Ability to work independently and problem-solve on-site
✔️ Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
✔️ Current driver’s licence (essential)
