About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Groundskeeper to join our Home & Lawn Maintenance Services team. This is a hands-on role, maintaining lawns and gardens for our clients while mentoring junior team members and ensuring our high service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing, edging, hedge trimming, and garden bed maintenance

• Weed control and general outdoor clean-ups

• Supporting and mentoring less experienced team members

• Ensuring all work meets We Care’s quality and safety standards

• Engaging professionally with clients and representing We Care in the community

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in lawn care, groundskeeping, or landscaping

• Competence with lawn mowers, trimmers, and other garden tools

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• Good physical fitness for outdoor work

• Current Driver Licence

• Current First Aid Certificate

• Certificate III (or higher) in Horticulture, Landscaping, or related field

• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)
