About the role

Work on an 8.5 acre private residential property with a granny flat, performing regular grounds maintenance and general property upkeep.

Key responsibilities

• Mowing and whipper snipping

• Spraying and weed control

• Gardening and general grounds maintenance

• General handyman duties

• Painting and property maintenance

• Decking oiling and maintenance

• General repairs and upkeep as required

• Washing plant and equipment

• Other general property maintenance tasks as required

About you

• Practical, self-motivated person

• Sound knowledge and experience in grounds maintenance, gardening and general handyman work

• Comfortable working independently

• Ability to assess and manage routine maintenance tasks without supervision
