We’re seeking a reliable, hands-on individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards and enjoys working independently while ensuring the property remains immaculate year-round.

The Role

This role is ideal for a skilled and self-sufficient professional who enjoys variety in their work and has a keen eye for detail. You’ll be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and presentation of the residence and its outdoor areas — including gardening, lawn care, pool upkeep, and general property maintenance.

The successful candidate will be trusted to manage day-to-day tasks independently, with the ability to engage and supervise contractors when specialist assistance is required.

Key Responsibilities

·         Maintain gardens, lawns, trees, and landscaped areas to a high standard.

·         Oversee the care and maintenance of the pool and outdoor entertaining areas.

·         Ensure the lawn tennis court remains in excellent condition.

·         Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance needs.

·         Coordinate and supervise external contractors as required.

·         Undertake general property upkeep, including minor repairs and preventative maintenance.

·         Monitor irrigation systems, lighting, and outdoor equipment.

·         Maintain a tidy and safe work environment at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

·         Previous experience in property, grounds, or estate maintenance.

·         Strong practical skills across gardening, landscaping, and general repairs.

·         Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and show initiative.

·         Good communication and organisational skills.

·         Current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
