🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and care for citrus, native, and fruit trees, ensuring healthy growth and productivity
- Maintain and optimise irrigation systems for efficient water use
- Uphold the pristine condition of the grass football field and outdoor adventure park
- Tend to and cultivate the vibrant rose garden
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, weeding, and fertilising
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment
- Collaborate with contractors and other staff to enhance the overall landscape
🌼Your Skill Set:
- Proven experience in maintaining large property landscapes
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience maintaining large property landscapes is required
- Strong knowledge of plants, trees, garden care techniques, and irrigation systems
- Ability to operate and maintain gardening tools and machinery
- Experience operating ride-on mowers and similar machinery is essential
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing surroundings
- Proactive mindset to "observe, act, and propose" solutions for continuous improvement
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and autonomously
- Good physical fitness to handle outdoor tasks year-round
- Relevant horticultural qualifications (preferred but not essential)
- Australian work rights are required for this position
