Quest Albury is a 105 apartment property and has just finished a complete refurbishment. Quest Albury on Townsend is a 79 apartment property both located in in the heart of Albury.

At Quest Albury and Quest Albury on Townsend, we’re on the lookout for a new Maintenance Person / Handy Person to join our team on a Causal basis.

The Role

Involves providing general maintenance of apartments, property grounds, as well as repairing and maintaining equipment to ensure positive experiences for our guests and the safe and efficient operation of the property.

The Ideal Candidate

Will demonstrate pride in their work, a high level of attention to detail, excellent time keeping, an approachable, friendly demeanor, flexibility, maturity to work unsupervised, a strong appreciation of workplace safety, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Prior experience in a maintenance role is essential, and a trade qualification would be highly regarded.

The successful applicant must be available to work shifts Monday to Friday, while weekends and public holidays would only be required ad hoc should there be an emergency requirement. All applicants will be required to have entitlements to work in Australia.

A current driver’s license and own vehicle is required.
