The Role:

You’ll begin in Module 1: Residential Fabrication Foundations, learning:

• Workplace safety and glass handling

• Assembly of glazing systems

• Team-based factory work under close mentorship

From there, you'll progress into commercial fabrication, installation, and eventually have the chance to lead and mentor others.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Commitment to completing the full 4-module program

• Physically fit and capable of manual handling

• Comfortable in factory and on-site environments

• Open to learning and working in a team

Bonus Points for:

• Experience with hand/power tools

• Previous factory, trade or construction exposure

• Driver’s licence (preferred, not essential)
