South West TAFE is seeking an experienced and passionate Beauty professional to deliver high quality, industry aligned training to students pursuing careers within the beauty and personal services sector. In this dynamic casual teaching role, you will help students develop hands on technical capability, customer service skills and the confidence needed to succeed in modern salon environments.

You will bring real industry experience into the classroom, delivering engaging and practical learning that reflects current beauty trends, safe work practices and workplace expectations. You will support learners at all stages, assess competency, maintain compliance requirements and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning culture.

The must haves
  • Relevant Beauty Therapy or Beauty Services qualification (Certificate IV or higher)
  • Current industry experience in beauty therapy, skin treatments or salon operations
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116/TAE40122 or equivalent), or willingness to obtain
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to learner success
