Aluminium Fabricator  Part Time (24hrs+) | Mon-Fri | Long Term | Immediate Start    The Company Australian owned and operated aluminium fabricator established 2005 and enjoying growth and stability.  Specialising in quality aluminium mailboxes, privacy screens, awnings, balustrade, handrails, lattice, gates & custom fabrication.  Small team, casual environment.  The business is part of, and supported by, a larger organisation established in 1988.    The Role Our outgoing team member is retiring after 21 years, providing a rare opportunity to become an important & valued member of our friendly team.  We require a skilled fabricator but there is also opportunity to assist in other areas of the business for those wanting more hours, scope & variety.    Fabricator  Read & accurately interpret drawings, cut sheets & size charts.  Fabricate standard & custom products via, cutting, bending, MIG & TIG welding & jigs.  Work without supervision & consistently produce quality work.  Collaborate with team & management.  Continuously improve efficiency, procedures, designs, quality, housekeeping & WHS.  Occasionally as required, make pickups & deliveries in small company truck (car licence).  Manual handling.    The Candidate  Aluminium fabrication experience, preferably a minimum of 3 years of non-structural fabrication for architectural projects.  Good aluminium welding and metal fabrication competency including functional knowledge of all machinery and tools ie guillotine, press brake, bender, drop saw & air tools.  Professional, stable & seeking long term employment.  Team player with high initiative, integrity & communication skills.  Able to work quickly, unsupervised & self-manage quality.  Exceptional eye for detail.  Sound literacy & numeracy.  Driver’s licence.  Friendly with a good sense of humour.  Bonus criteria:  Other manufacturing experience i.e.
